Vintage & Classic Showcase – Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose of the Showcase

The Vintage & Classic Showcase is provided by NA Auto Consultancy as an informational platform allowing vehicle owners to display classic, vintage, or collector vehicles to interested parties. NA Auto Consultancy does not act as a seller, broker, agent, or intermediary in any transaction.

2. Accuracy of Information

By submitting a listing, the user confirms that all information, images, and documentation provided are true, accurate, and up to date to the best of their knowledge.

NA Auto Consultancy accepts no responsibility for inaccuracies, omissions, or misrepresentations made by the listing owner.

3. Enquiries & Contact Preferences

Users may choose whether or not to receive enquiries regarding their listed vehicle.
If the user opts to receive enquiries, their contact details may be used solely for the purpose of responding to requests for further information about the vehicle.
If the user opts out, NA Auto Consultancy may limit or disable enquiry functionality for that listing.

4. Right to Approve, Refuse, or Remove Listings

NA Auto Consultancy reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to:

Approve or refuse any listing submission

Remove, suspend, or disable any listing at any time

Remove images or content deemed inappropriate, misleading, inaccurate, or incomplete

Take action without prior notice and without obligation to provide a reason

This includes, but is not limited to, listings that do not align with the purpose or standards of the Vintage & Classic Showcase.

5. Content Ownership & Usage

By submitting content (including images and descriptions), the user grants NA Auto Consultancy permission to display such content on its website and related promotional materials solely for the purpose of showcasing the vehicle.

Ownership of the vehicle and its content remains with the listing owner.

6. No Guarantee of Visibility or Outcome

NA Auto Consultancy does not guarantee:

Listing visibility

Number of enquiries

Sale, valuation, or transaction outcomes

All interactions resulting from a listing are strictly between the listing owner and the interested party.

7. Limitation of Liability

NA Auto Consultancy shall not be held liable for:

Any loss, damage, dispute, or claim arising from a listing

Communications between parties

Decisions made based on information provided in a listing

Users engage with the Showcase entirely at their own discretion and risk.

8. Amendments

NA Auto Consultancy reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Vintage & Classic Showcase constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
